Having graduated from the Cordon Bleu academy in Paris I’ve worked in the events and catering sector for over 20 years.
I started my career at Christies, the auctioneers, where I was responsible for all events and catering.
Following a period of freelance activity, during which I coordinated large charity balls in London, ran events for some of the largest financial institutions in the City and spent a few months as in house chef for (the sadly late) George Harrison, of Beatles fame, I relocated to Warwickshire in the late nineties.
For the past fifteen years or so I’ve been running my own company, which specialises in event and catering management. I’m accredited by English Heritage and work closely with the National Trust and have coordinated numerous weddings, receptions and events at, amongst other prestigious venues, Kenilworth Castle and Hanbury Hall.
To me, every event is unique. I always put myself in the shoes of my clients and ask the one simple question, “if I was the client, how would I want everything to be done?”.I’m a perfectionist and take pride in the detail and the little touches which make every event that little bit more special.

Being a photographer for the last seven years capturing, weddings, events and parties has also given me the opportunity to co-ordinate and plan the weddings or event in hand as the timings are very important in making the most out of your day.
This coupled with my promotional work co-ordinating and running events has given me a varied skill set to use within our Warwickshire Weddings & Events company.
